Classify only platform-seanfarm README.md as documentation. The previous policy rejects its pending documentation PR as an unmapped path. Binjovi v0.1.555 now permits this exact path in the catalog validator. Operational paths remain subject to the existing strict selection policy.

Validation: make check and git diff --check passed. The runtime change has red-green tests for README.md acceptance and rejection of README.md/** and secrets/**.
