Update rpg-hello, rpg-lemonade, and rpg-munchers to the published ibmi-builder v14 digest. The image contains Zelnet v0.10.8 with long SQL result output and explicit source types for custom source files.

Validation: make check passes. The image release passed its build, tests, and publication. Its registry manifest digest was checked independently. rpg-demo remains an offline recovery project until its restore and deployment gates pass.
