Pin rpg-hello, rpg-lemonade, and rpg-munchers to ibmi-builder v15 at sha256:e4709ab6c641e583c3e631dbf7fdb348ff252a69c891e310a18f74bfcd9e5bf0. The released image contains Zelnet v0.10.10, runs all 888 Zig tests during the bake, and checks installed script rejection before signon.

Validation: make check passes. The registry manifest digest was checked independently. Zelnet publication and builder-images release succeeded. rpg-demo remains an offline recovery project with no deployment target.
