Declare NMRULE and NMSCORE in the Munchers release object set. Require OPM source metadata for NMRULE and ILE module evidence for NMSCORE. The app engine now calls these components for number checks and score awards.

Validation: make check passes. Both programs compile with severity zero in SOMEARA1. Native parameter tests pass for 14256 rule cases, zero-divisor handling, and score limits. Their names are absent from staging and the deployment library, so they do not replace unrelated objects.
