Declare NMPERSIST in the program payload. Freeze the session-context table and the new-session and final-snapshot wrappers in the schema payload. Tables and journals remain outside program copying.

Validation: make check passes. This recipe supports the next Munchers application increment; released application payloads retain their pinned recipe.
