Pin package publisher v11 for Munchers. The release produces ten recordings (twenty video and poster files), which exceeded the previous sixteen-file bound. Publisher v11 permits up to thirty-two files and rejects larger bundles. Update the recipe version guard.

Validation: make check passes; publisher round-trip tests cover twenty and thirty-two files and reject thirty-four.
