Keep legacy and v2 frozen plans readable and leave worker deployment targets empty. Correct the README to describe native Jobs and independent RustFS reconciliation.

Validation: full catalog checks, all 30 definitions, exact pin guard and seven rejected mutations. Activate only after the existing v2 source-cleanup release is terminal; then obtain ordinary v3 CI and release evidence. Size evidence does not establish pipeline latency savings.

Select the exact published node-image-tools v3 pin for native.v1 node-image work. Its full isolated bake, boot, packaging and independent candidate proof passed; compressed layers fall from 2,839,289,019 to 803,027,266 bytes.
