Delete branch "perf/rpg-recovery-recipes"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Compile and test both native recovery executables in separate cache stages, invoke them from the active Bash release runner, and deploy only through the released v21 reader verification path. Keep the offline legacy suite as an explicit temporary gate until its documented tools are ported. Remove the unreferenced standalone Dockerfile.
Requires additive rpg-demo source cd07b7fe67438c9c3e58348e6586b5e937cadefa to be published first. Hold activation until its existing release/deploy lane is complete. Validation: full local make check; all Makefile check target commands executed in exact v21 via Bash; four real BuildKit builds prove application/fixture cache reuse and code invalidation; actual AMD64/ARM64 native suites and frozen v2 reader boundary passed. Upstream package-manager Python remains supported.
