Document the multi-architecture Go compiler requirement, fixed digest, repository boundaries, and the failed catalog deployment. Binjovi v0.1.675 is now deployed and fixes the missing ARM escript boot file. This revision will follow the full build, release, and deployment path; the earlier failed production deployment remains failed. make check passed with the native payload readers.
