The recovery release passed native staging in 511.752 seconds, then exceeded the 15-minute combined build deadline while the pinned renderer completed eight casts. Increase only the Munchers build deadline to 30 minutes. Keep schema 20, image pins, all checks, and the deployment deadline unchanged. Red-green catalog guard and make check pass.
