The old ExMCP Hex cache still contains files from the former root-run plan. Start a new worker-owned cache generation so the isolated production consumer can fetch and unpack dependencies.

Validation: the cache-generation guard fails before the recipe change and passes after it; scripts/check passes. The full make check starts but needs the external binjovi-ibmi-schema command that is not installed in this checkout.
