Declare the routine loss profile for rpg-munchers

rpg-munchers v0.1.30 carries scripts/source-loss.sh routine, so its deploy now ends with the decades-old simulation: the routine profile members (NMRULE, NMPERSIST, MUNCHERS, MUNCHD) leave SOMEARA1, and NMPERSIST and MUNCHERS lose observability in SOMEARAB and SOMEARA1. Staging is untouched; the loss report goes to the deploy log; the deploy evidence is unchanged.

recipes/rpg-munchers/recipe.json gains "loss_profile": "recovery/loss-profile.json", the key the runner reads since 24df9f13. Its current release (v0.1.30, in flight) froze its definition before this key; the next release applies the loss.
