Classify A3 and pipeline-bot retirement guards under the existing binjovi-control-plane group. Exact failed-revision replay selects only the binjovi Kustomization and its health profile instead of the 58-object platform fallback. The immediate prior Deploy failure remains attributed to an overlapping runtime rollout. Red-green make check and deterministic bundle checks pass.
