Delete branch "feat/rpg-postcopy-evidence"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Record compiler and source metadata in the immutable Release repository. Check staging before any production copy, then compare the production programs and display files with the frozen record. Preserve existing physical and logical data files. This is metadata proof, not a binary hash.
Cluster proof: make check and object-evidence negative controls passed in the pinned IBM i worker; artifact stage/replay/publish/fetch tests passed in the pinned publisher; live read-only comparisons passed for all six RPG programs and all four display files. No Binjovi core change or IBM i object mutation was needed for these tests.
Release and merge through Binjovi only.
