Move Bytey, hello-lib, libseanfarm-operator and four Go operators to native execution with recipes in binjovi-plans. Preserve the current RPG recipe format. Builder Images, platform-seanfarm and zot-src stay on their current definitions until recipe validation and publication parity are complete. Validation: make check; runtime ProjectRegistry validation for all seven changed definitions.
