Phone screens clipped build IDs and ages, and build hashes ran into status text. Use mobile column widths and spacing, show the PR number without the secondary hash, and allow long values to wrap. Use a short Time header and wrap the latest pipeline phase on its own line.

Validation: reproduced clipping at 320 and 390 pixels before the change; no clipped build cells at 320, 390, 800, or 1440 pixels after it. Strict compilation, 21 dashboard tests, and both browser wiring smoke checks pass.
