feat(linux-kernel): hard-gate the seanfarm34..36 forensics symbols ... 1756287da5

The seanfarm34/35/36 rolls made CONFIG_EFI_VARS_PSTORE (the
reset-durable pstore backend the node kargs now select),
CONFIG_PSTORE_PMSG, and CONFIG_WQ_WATCHDOG requested symbols. A
toolchain that silently drops any of them ships a kernel that defeats
the panic-forensics posture while looking green — same class as the
seanfarm33 row above.
