feat(scripts): pin the bootc auto-update mask in lint-kernel-cache ... d7be04c34a

The mask (PR 107) is protected only by an incident comment. One more
pin in the kernel roll-loop lint: node-bootc must mask BOTH the
bootc-fetch-apply-updates timer and service — the enabled timer applied
a prestaged deployment and rebooted a worker mid-roll (2026-08-18).
