The shared package stager omitted media_type from candidate members. The workflow completed, but Binjovi rejected the final artifact set as invalid.

This change restores the media-type mapping that the older project recorders already used. The publisher image round-trip now asserts exact DEB and RPM media types, in addition to repository bytes, digests, and signatures. The publisher image version becomes 5.
