Build the Elixir images from clean final stages. The delivered images keep only the installed OTP and Elixir toolchain, and the integration image keeps PostgreSQL without the OTP source tree.\n\nChecks: all scripts/check-*.sh passed; stand-alone lint checks passed where applicable.
