Build ARM64 ZFS userspace on AMD64 with an isolated AlmaLinux sysroot. No target execution or emulated compiler. Record host/target packages, RPM checksums, source commit, compiler, and ELF architecture checks. This first admission build captures package inputs; freeze them before node-image release. Also select and checksum the correct k3s binary for the node architecture. Local shell, architecture-contract, and image-base lint checks pass. Stop boundary: image verification only; no node provisioning, storage changes, or kernel rollout.
