Delete branch "feat/arm64-node-base"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Reuse the existing AlmaLinux bootc package-layer design with a digest-pinned ARM64 base. Package managers and RPM scriptlets use existing cluster emulation; no compiler is invoked. Record package architecture, inventory, and downloaded RPM hashes. Kernel and ZFS compilation remain separate cross-builds. This is a candidate package layer, not a bootable seanfarm node or a worker rollout.
