Bake the published Zelnet v0.10.8 release and verify its exact source commit. This includes complete long SQL row output and explicit source types for strict capture from custom source files.

The image build runs all 883 Zig tests, compiles the release version, and checks the installed binary version. Zelnet package installation tests and functional reels passed before this image update. Consumers will pin the published v14 digest.
