GitOps checks can fail while copying Git pack files from a cache with no durable commit refs. Retain both the requested revision and base under refs/binjovi, disable automatic background maintenance, and use an alternate-object checkout while the existing BuildKit cache lock is held. Publish validator v9.

Validation: the cache regression fails before the change. It then verifies both commits after FETCH_HEAD removal and immediate Git garbage collection. All validator checks pass.
