  • A CHANGELOG and a Forgejo Release step to the CI pipeline: releases now
    carry notes (the ## [x.y.z] section becomes the Forgejo Release body),
    while the lightweight tag stays clean for go get (no annotated/signed
    tag, so go get …@vX.Y.Z never trips a GPG check).
