Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Switch seanfarm_defconfig from CONFIG_PREEMPT to CONFIG_PREEMPT_LAZY. PREEMPT_DYNAMIC stays enabled. Source was checked out and changed inside the Linux cluster, never on macOS; exact base71fa3316b3c36962a05b2f46bb8e098631dbd785. The earlier isolated full compile passed; this PR is the first native Binjovi admission proof using the immutable plan recipe. Pipelines registration, sensors and policy are retired, so no Argo kernel run is allowed. Do not merge or release outside the Binjovi front door. Native kernel Release remains explicitly unavailable until immutable bootc publication and node rollout are implemented and verified.
