Rewrite all 13 markdown docs and Go doc comments across 118 files to ASD-STE100. zz_generated.deepcopy.go, RBAC, and webhook manifests verified byte-identical. CRD YAML regenerated - diffed with description text stripped, zero structural differences. go build/vet/test all pass.
