Replace the deleted worker in the profiler node list with the ARM canary. Add its dedicated NoSchedule toleration and use the verified multi-architecture Binjovi v0.1.600 profiler, which discovers both AMD64 and ARM BuildKit daemons. Keep all current AMD64 worker collectors. Validation: Kustomize render and diff checks passed; native collector self-test must pass before the Pod becomes ready.
