Process up to four Loki index tables in parallel. The live compactor used 337m CPU, 336 MiB memory, and 279 MiB of its 10 GiB work volume during the single-table cleanup.

Validation:

• red-green Loki deletion contract
• repository checks passed
• Kubernetes client dry-run passed
• decoded Loki configuration parsed with max_compaction_parallelism: 4
