Use verified Binjovi v0.1.529 for the process collector. Rejected registrations now report a fixed stage name at most once per second, without request contents or credentials. Match the private profile store sample limit to the collector’s bounded 65,536 rows; the 8 MiB size limit stays in place.

Olly repository checks pass. The image is independently verified in production.
