Install the released v0.1.541 helper in the canary collector and kernel check. Operators can capture syscall events for one selected trace for at most 30 seconds and 250 MiB. A node lock prevents concurrent captures. Files expire after 24 hours.

Validation: repository checks and Kubernetes server dry run passed. The helper passed 13 Linux tests and kernel checks for trace selection, loss reporting, and the capture deadline.
