Delete branch "codex/pipeline-capture-service-20260909"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Install the v0.1.544 collector, mount its restricted OAuth credential and cluster CA bundle, and enable capture requests. Add a private service for file observation and bounded downloads. Network policy permits the Binjovi API to read this port and permits the collector to reach only the API and token endpoint on HTTPS.
Validation: Olly checks and Kubernetes server dry run passed. The helper passed 16 Linux tests, including complete-file evidence, expiry and range limits. The API and dashboard release supplies the durable request path.
