Use the Binjovi v0.1.549 helper with per-CPU syscall counters. The exporter sums all CPU slots before computing deltas, keeping exact counts, errors and latency buckets. Keep 49 Hz CPU sampling, 1% off-CPU sampling and the single-node limit.

Validation: the real kernel check passed across two CPUs and two traces with zero map losses or stale bindings. All 20 Linux helper tests passed. Repository checks and Kubernetes server dry-run passed. Repeat the warm Build measurement after deployment.
