Adopt the exact public Codex client with all 20 operation scopes and client-specific skip_consent. Remove temporary UI trusted-ID exceptions. Isolate the short-lived observe-before-write registrar from the public adapter. Grant Binjovi get access only to the managed ory/sean identity resource. Pin the adapter to verified Binjovi v0.1.665. Tests cover create/adopt, conflicting callback, failed writes, and independent readback. No OAuth login started.
