Pin the isolated OAuth adapter to Binjovi v0.1.668 (validated prompt support). Add a separate GitOps-managed public Claude client with all 23 scopes, exact localhost:49380 callback, and per-client skip_consent. Preserve Codex registration. Registrar has narrow network access and observe-before-write plus independent readback. Red-green registrar tests and the full Ory contract suite pass. Release and deployment will use native Binjovi MCP.
