R7 acceptance. bytey PR 26 through the train in 21s: rebase -> CI -> ff-only merge -> freeze -> publish -> deploy.

trunk head == release sha == mergedSHA dfb85291751f. The identity froze AFTER integration, and the Release act moved trunk.

Idempotence proven by accident: a second release recorded a typed not-open skip and merged nothing twice.

R7 acceptance. bytey pull request 26, through pipectl release bytey --change 26.

The train ran 21 seconds. It froze a one-car queue, rebased, waited for CI,
merged fast-forward-only, and recorded mergedSHA dfb85291751f. trunk's head is
that same revision, release 0.1.21 carries that same revision, and the marker
target reports deployed.

Two things this proves that no test could. The release's revision is the one the
train merged, so the identity froze AFTER integration rather than before it. And
the Release act moved trunk: nothing merged the change when its checks passed.

Idempotence was proven by accident. A second release for the same change froze
the same queue, its rebase executor reported not-open, and it recorded a typed
skip before closing trunk-already-tagged. It merged nothing twice.
