fix(dashboard): keep the deploy target in the fold, off the row ... 1fffb7924a

A project that deploys to more than one target repeated the target name
down every row of the DEPLOYS pane. The fold below already gives the
target, so the row said the same thing twice and made the pane noisy.

The row keeps the one identity it needs, the commit. The target mark and
the ShowTargets count that armed it are gone.
