Delete branch "feat/propose-only"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
R9. Closes the hole R7 left: arming integrationMode did NOT stop propose-change arming the provider's auto-merge.
mergeMode: auto (default, unchanged) | propose-only. The machine-PR sensor renders propose-only for a release-gated project.
My render test caught itself being VACUOUS — it passed with the behaviour deleted, because the default test taxonomy renders no machine PR. Fixed to gitops-flux, and the mutation now fails it.
submit-lint caught a second real error: the propose template read a parameter it never declared.
