One buildctl solve of Dockerfile: builder stage runs tests/check.sh then mix release; runtime stage carries the release. Candidate pushes to build/binjovi-fabel: via buildkitd credential (direct-OCI shape, same as openbao-operator). Digest lands in /dist/image-metadata.json as build evidence.

feat(projects): binjovi-fabel CI builds and pushes the runtime image ... c9b2d1e425

One buildctl solve of Dockerfile: the builder stage runs the check
suite, then mix release; the runtime stage carries the release. The
candidate pushes to build/binjovi-fabel:<short> through buildkitd's
credential — the untrusted pod holds none, the direct-OCI shape.
ci.Dockerfile retires in the app repo.
