The Binjovi typed Flux canary deployed revision 8b40871bf46a and Forgejo main matches Codeberg main. Remove the duplicate PipelineProject, Target, and DeliveryPolicy. Keep an executable absence guard so the old authority cannot return. All 139 Pipelines guards pass.
