Change the existing Application/pkg-host source in place to the byte-identical sean/pkg-host manifest root. Keep pruning disabled for adoption. Add a dedicated single-owner contract, and make generic Pipelines guards validate destination-owned sources through AppProject admission instead of assuming their paths exist locally.
