Move the existing BuildKit Argo CD Application to the byte-identical sean/buildkit source. Keep pruning disabled during adoption. Move BuildKit-owned runtime assertions to the destination repository and retain Argo Workflows assertions here.\n\nValidation: 147/147 Pipelines guards pass.
