Enable pruning on the adopted sean/buildkit owner and remove the old Pipelines bundle. Remove duplicate BuildKit runtime guards after the destination repository took ownership.\n\nLive adoption proof before this change: exact destination revision 22aceee4, Synced/Healthy, all object UIDs unchanged, DaemonSet 5/5 ready, Service IP unchanged, and EndpointSlice 5/5 ready.\n\nValidation: 146/146 Pipelines guards pass.
