Move the existing Argo Workflows Application to the byte-identical sean/argo-workflows v0.1.0 source. Keep pruning disabled during adoption and preserve restart-annotation ignore rules.\n\nPre-handoff proof: Application Synced/Healthy; controller 2/2, server 3/3, exporter 1/1; 69 persistent desired objects recorded; all destination repository guards pass. Pipelines validation: 147/147 guards.
