Remove the retired Application/binfmt, its AppProject namespace permission, and bundle/binfmt after non-pruning Flux adoption. The return guard prevents either legacy owner from returning. Flux is Ready at seanfarm a2a70f896973 with unchanged Namespace, DaemonSet, and pod UIDs.
