feat(e-flattens): Orphan floors for forgejo, postgres, users, groups, stack ... 0e4828c41b

Retirement precondition for the final flattens: all 55 Object-wrapped
composed resources flip to deletionPolicy Orphan (41 forgejo incl. the
references-gated organization, 10 postgres, 1+1 platformuser/group, 2
stack residuals). The direct-composed CRs (3 postgres PKI, 1 stack
auth-role) get paused-XR surgery instead.
