cleanup: retire the forgejo, postgres, users, groups and stack APIs ... c4d01364d2

Everything is adopted as plain Flux in seanfarm behind Orphan floors, with
paused-XR surgery done for the direct-composed CRs. The estate collapses
to apis/platform.
