docs: rewrite documentation to ASD-STE100 #666

Rewrite README.md, docs/CROSSPLANE-PRIMER.md, docs/komoplane-tekton-cutover.md, apis/platform/README.md, and 3 XRD description fields in apis/platform/xrd.yaml to ASD-STE100. Redone against fresh main after the 13-of-14 API retirement wave landed - scope shrank from the originally reconned 17 files/78 fields to the actual current 4 files/3 fields. All 6 guards in tests/check.sh pass.
