Validation: 150 local tests passed, including bounded enumeration of 10,000 offline members. Released Zelnet v0.10.10 read 565 catalog items across SOMEARA1 and SOMEARA2 on pub400, with all eight catalog queries successful. No native objects were changed by discovery.

Document project roles and continuous delivery increments. This increment does not claim source fidelity, dependency closure, or resume support.

Add read-only discovery of objects, source members, routines, and triggers within explicit library boundaries. Preserve unknown member types and report each catalog capability separately.
