Keep Lemonade controls independent. Preserve member bytes, sequence/date values, record length and CCSID in exact backups. Add writer leases, cancellation records, stale-plan checks and a guarded native build entry point. Offline controls pass with development and staging environments. Native pricing and rejected-sale checks pass with unchanged counts in all 12 tables. Pub400 denies RSTOBJ; the new preflight records that gap and blocks source loss. The expanded LM_* fixture remains development-only.
